ACI has not sought recognition from United States Department Of Education, State of Louisiana or The State of California. This choice has been made by the Institutions ACI represents and in no way reflects on its Legal Status or the quality of education offered by the Institutions. ACI is a International Accrediting Commission that represents over 186 institutions, in 6 countries and 35 States in USA.. With over 30,000 registered students reported in 2000.

FICU has elected ACI as its Accrediting Agency because of our desire to remain free from the control of any Federal, State or private agency controlled by same, that will not allow complete Religious Freedom in our curriculum and student body.

(b) Where promotional material for an unaccredited institution consists of an advertisement in a periodical published by a person or entity that is not affiliated with the unaccredited institution, the disclosure required in subsection (a) may be abbreviated to state as follows NOT ACCREDITED BY AN AGENCY RECOGNIZED BY THE U.S. SECRETARY OF EDUCATION. The disclosure required under this subsection shall be made in a type size as large or larger than any other text in the advertisement.
