Dr. Donald Shorter received his Doctor of Ministry degree through Friends International Christian University in 1999. He is now the pastor and founder of Pacific Christian Center Church; a vibrant, growing, non-denominational church in Tacoma, Washington.

Pastor Don is best known for teaching the Word of God in a practical, powerful, straight-forward way, causing lives to be changed through the ministry of the Word of God.
